You are part of our Extincts tribe so we know you care about the planet we all share.
Earth Day started way back in 1970 when the academics and the hippies in the U.S. got together and decided they had to speak up about the harmful human activities threatening our planet. It sparked a movement that has since made waves around the world inspiring environmental protection policies and societal changes in over 190 countries. You can add your voice by taking part in this year’s 50th anniversary celebration events. This year they want all of you, budding citizen scientists, to help with 'Earth Challenge 2020’. Head over to EarthDay.org and see how you can get involved to promote hope, optimism and positive action this Earth Day.
